Delivery Guidelines
At Halal Steak Co., we take great care to ensure your premium halal steaks arrive in perfect condition. Here are our delivery guidelines to help you understand our process and what to expect:
Packaging Information:
- Insulated Packaging: All orders are packed with high-quality insulation to maintain optimal temperature.
- Ice Packs: Each package includes multiple ice packs that stay cold for up to 48 hours, ensuring your steaks remain fresh.
- Recyclable Materials: We are committed to sustainability. All our packaging materials are recyclable.
Delivery Information:
- Next Day Delivery: We deliver via next day delivery through DPD to ensure your steaks arrive promptly and in top condition.
- Order Cutoff Time: Place your orders by 3 PM for next day delivery. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
- Pickup Option: You can also choose to pick up your order at our location: HA7 1PJ, Stanmore.
- Delivery Costs: For orders under £100, delivery costs £8. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.
- Scheduled Deliveries: If you need your order delivered on a specific day, please contact us, and we will accommodate your request.
- Delivery Area: We deliver exclusively to the UK mainland.
